Phoenix Energetic Alignment

Session Policies

To create the best experience for both you and your animal, please review the following policies before booking.

Results

Every animal is different, and each responds to this work in their own way. While I have seen amazing results, I cannot guarantee that every client will experience the same outcome.

Refunds

All sessions and packages are non-refundable.

Veterinary / Medical Disclaimer

Phoenix Energetic Alignment is not a substitute for veterinary care or medical treatment. I do not diagnose conditions, prescribe medication, or provide veterinary or medical advice. My services are intended to support your horse or dog’s overall well-being as a complementary approach only. Always consult your veterinarian for diagnosis, treatment, or medical concerns.

Emergency Situations

If your horse or dog is experiencing a medical emergency, please contact your veterinarian immediately. My services are not intended for emergency care.

Virtual Sessions

All sessions are held virtually through Zoom or WhatsApp. Please make sure your camera is secure and positioned so I can clearly see your horse or dog during the session.

For Horses

Horses may remain in their stall, but they should not have hay or be eating during the session. Cross ties are fine, though I prefer that horses be in a space where they are able to move around if needed.

For Dogs

Dogs should be in a small, secure area where they can be safely observed during the session, while still having enough space to move around if needed.

Movement During Sessions

Both horses and dogs may move around during the session, and that is completely normal. They do not need to stand perfectly still, as long as they remain within camera range as much as possible.

What to Expect

Every animal responds differently, and there is no one specific reaction that needs to happen during a session. Some animals deeply relax and doze, while others may rest for a bit and then move around. Some may seem uninterested or stoic. Every animal responds in their own way, and all of these responses are completely normal.

Session Timing

Sessions usually last around 30 to 45 minutes, though some may be shorter or longer depending on what your animal needs that day.

Late Arrivals

If you are more than 10 minutes late, the session will be counted as used.

Rescheduling / Cancellation

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule your session. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be counted as used.

No-Shows

If you miss your session without notice, the session will be counted as used.

Package Expiration

All packages must be used within 6 months of purchase.

Package Terms

The 4-session package rate is intended for clients who stay consistent with the schedule recommended for their horse or dog.

For some animals, that may mean sessions every 3 to 5 days or weekly for a period of time. For others, the goal may be to move into monthly sessions for maintenance and ongoing support.

The recommended schedule will depend on your animal’s individual needs and what we are working to address.

To continue receiving the discounted package rate, the next package must be purchased by the 4th (final) session of the current package and sessions should continue on the recommended schedule.

If there is a longer gap between sessions than recommended, future sessions may be charged at the single-session rate.

After Sessions

Ideally, your horse should be turned out after a session. If turnout is not possible, relaxed hand walking for at least 10 minutes is recommended.

Because your horse may continue to process and release tension for 24 to 72 hours after the session, I recommend allowing at least 24 hours before riding. After the first session, I require a full 48 hours before riding.

The first ride following any session should be a light hack.
